Do you provide IT support in Mansfield and the surrounding area?
Yes. Our office is at 4 Wood Street in Mansfield, and we also have engineers working from the Lincoln side of the county, so we cover a wide area including Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby, Hucknall, Worksop, Retford, Newark and Lincoln. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes; when a problem needs hands on hardware, an engineer comes to you.
What does managed IT support cost?
Managed IT is priced per user or per device and billed monthly, so the cost is predictable rather than a series of surprise invoices. The exact figure depends on how many staff you have, how many sites, and which services you take. We'll quote after a free review rather than guess, so
book one here.
We already have an IT provider. How hard is it to switch?
Easier than most people expect. We run the handover in parallel with your existing support, so nothing goes dark: week one is an audit of every device, licence and line, weeks two and three move monitoring and access across, and your old provider stays live until the last day. You keep the asset register and risk list either way.
What is a virtual CIO or CTO, and do we need one?
A Chief Information Officer owns technology strategy and budget; a Chief Technology Officer owns technical direction. Most businesses under a few hundred staff can't justify either salary. A virtual CIO and CTO gives you that thinking a few hours each quarter instead: a roadmap, a budget you can forecast against, and someone to push back on vendors. If IT spending keeps arriving as a surprise, that's the gap it fills.
Do you help with Cyber Essentials certification?
Yes. We prepare your systems against the Cyber Essentials controls, help you complete the assessment, and produce the evidence insurers and tender processes ask for. Many public-sector and larger private contracts now require it before you can bid.
Can you look after our website as well as our IT?
That's the point of our web design and hosting service. The site, DNS, SSL certificates and mailboxes all sit with the team that already manages your IT, so when something breaks there's no argument between three suppliers about whose fault it is.
What are your opening hours?
The office and service desk are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. Call
